Sales Manager – Air Freight Charters (Remote/Hybrid)

Duties

  • Actively promote and sell Stellavia’s cargo services to new and existing clients.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize capacity utilization.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure performance aligns with company goals.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery.

  • Build and nurture lasting partnerships in the air cargo industry, strategize and deliver innovative freight solutions.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Oversee administrative tasks related to sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Represent a brand known for excellence and reliability.

Experience

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in air freight or logistics in an international environment, good knowledge of the aviation industry.

  • Strong understanding of cargo capacity management and sales strategies.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire sales process, from strategic planning to successful closure.

  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.

  • Team spirit skills and ability to work in an international environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to adapt to different time zones.  

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
